Villeicht mag wer ins Deutsche?

http://gamecorner.pl/gamecorner/1,94700 ... gun_2.html

Spoiler (Öffnen)
Here's the answer to some questions posed by readers and Polygamii GameCorner. Some questions have combined, the other slightly remodeled, and still others omitted, assuming that they have been explained in the text or coming to the conclusion that an early version does not give grounds for a response. Anyway, I hope that nobody will feel unjustly treated. Well, let's get to the point:

n4jk0 - Are there difficulty levels? Do I need to think hard and fast to change plans, or rather wide-spread can go route?

You can choose the level of difficulty, both for the campaign and battle. The accompanying an early version of Encyclopedia (Encyclopaedia Total War, something along the lines Civilopedii) is mentioned, even the legendary difficulty mode, which makes it impossible to manually save the game (auto-save is to be made every year in late winter [yes, a round is a time of year ]) or that makes enemy troops about 600 meters away from our vending machine are not visible.

What to think, if someone is just starting with a series of fun, you wont have to play it can take a lot of (tutorials are helpful) and it will be challenging. Do you need to change tactics during the game - mini-campaign was too short to tell, but I'm optimistic in that regard and I believe so.

adhab - Is it really increased the limit of the troops on a tactical map and how many troops we have on the map?

I had not noticed that the troops arrived. However, I played an early version and the option to set the size of units on the ultra was blocked. But even if people do not come, knowing the force shortly after the launch there will be fashion, which will change and increase the size of the 300-400 people in the unit.

rzysiekx22 - Is the terrain is again important?

Batch cavalry at the top is never a good idea. Moreover, not infrequently happens that the natural barriers are a good guard the flank.

aryman222 - Are there any special units, with more HP, tray to keep dear to all the great butchers of the tasks (see: berserkers with R: TW)? Do you worry about when boarding enemy ships, so they have been in our fleet after the battle? Are the battles are brilliant speeches (as in Rome: TW) or gloomy two sentences (as in Medieval 2: TW)?

I have not met the special units, but in the encyclopedia are references to the Hero-type units, which have some 2x better statistics from the ordinary and are 2x more expensive. But how will show up in practice - I do not know. As to the second question, here is just as Napoleon and the Empire - if the enemy ships will give up, you have a chance to take over. And whether the speech is brilliant, a moot point. But there are climatic.

hargrind666 - Economics: Are there buyers? Is the "commercial law" work as expected? Are they mine?

I have not met the merchants. When trade laws assume that the terms of trade in general. If so, you are familiar with the current Empire and Napoleon trading venues that are supported by commercial vessels. When diplomacy screen icons appear as a particular clan, imports / exports, so it also is important. The mines are, if a province has the right kind of raw material. If it is iron, is outside the castle will be mine iron. Province may, however, be equally well known for its philosophy, not economic assets.

hargrind666 part. 2 - Military: Battles of the sea, and I mean specifically the landing. Is the land during combat units receive some help from the ships? Siege, and more particularly to siege the enemy until he has finished food. What happens? Does your storming castles, or waits until the player comes up against the castle there, or die of hunger? What about those "niespodziewajkami" for attacking castles? Are they any pitfalls?

As for the landings - in Shogunie 2 it is possible to embark the army carried out a landing near the enemy and attacked it immediately (so fall round of waiting, as in previous versions). But there is no support in the battle fleet. As for sieges, depends on the forces. If your computer keeps a lot of troops in the besieged castle, we come up against, if not very likely to be reconciled with the loss. Likewise, the reverse situation - if we have enough forces, and the computer more, we would rather not szturmował.Pułapek uświadczyłem, except those towers down.

hades92wojciech - Are the walls there are any buildings? Is it like Napoleon and the Empire, where the walls do not defend anything just a ridiculous budyneczek, whether it is so I can at Medievalu or Rome? There are some siege?

In castles there is no "civilian" buildings. Are the only practical from the viewpoint of the defender, turrets that will automatically shoot at the enemy, which can take szturmujący if his body position on the appropriate box. Yes, there are siege. Interestingly, the encyclopaedia that is even the chance of their taking over from the enemy after a successful battle.

black_legion - Are there insertions in the first film as Shogunie example, when the arrival of a diplomat, or send a killer on a mission? A, and whether we are dealing with an army of clones?

At the first recruitment of agents and actions are the assassins videos, pretty cool and the climate. We do not have to deal with an army of clones, are different faces of the soldiers, sometimes wearing a mask. But do not just look different - the animation is so much that even when the march is hard to find in the unit of two warriors in the same pose side by side.

neoz - What are the requirements? Do not ask for official information, but rather how it works on the hardware test. What performance at what settings?

In this version does not make sense to write about the performance, because it is early, and some graphics options have been blocked. I can write, however, that the Q9300 Core2Quad, 4GB RAM, Radeon HD 4870 and Win 7 64-bit game to work well most of the time, although there were spikes of liquidity (from ultra-smooth gameplay to exempt, when I approached the crowd fighting units).

errabundi - WI Szogunie haunted me, the philosophy of the Far East: Sun Tzu, Confucius, Tao, and values, which in us are a bit pushed to the side track. I'm interested in whether the game will be sprinkled with a sufficient amount of Eastern thought? And last thing - religion and relations with Europe. Since we have the sixteenth-century Japan, in addition to rival Christianity, Buddhism and Shintoism should appear on the Jesuits, arquebuses, built Western-style ships, Portuguese, Spaniards, Dutch and English (though I do not know whether you You'll get to a specific framework for the game) . Are they? And what they bring to the game in terms of strategy?

What to think, is quite subjective feeling, so hard for me to answer. Sun Tzu in a single room for me to be present, because I read the well-designed guide to the game, which was based on quotes from The Art of War - without this text for me, the first Total War would be a little less climate. This element may therefore depend on the player, but of course, for example, are properly matched quotes while loading the game.

As for religion, you can recruit monks and religious beliefs have not disappeared, so this element is present. As for Europe, a mini-campaign has not given me the opportunity to meet any strangers, but they are individuals with firearms, is the European artillery and ships are our fashion, so the game covers the military penetration of Western ideas to Japan.

vaderpl - Works with Steam? / Gulip - Is it possible to choose the Japanese voices and Polish / English text? Do you give advice to play without the patch (in earlier versions was the problem)?

Since the time of the Empire game with the Total War series are based on Steam, Shogun 2 is no exception. Therefore, you can change the language. The issue patches may be problematic, since Steam automatically updates the game (although you can disable this service in the options).

rastablasta - Do you feel the atmosphere of "original" 10 years ago? Do not allow kidnaps and get away from the keyboard?

Oh dear, when I played in the first part ... I write this - when I saw the body Ashigaru, I immediately felt at home (and I immediately wanted to skip it at the enlistment, the bad memories.) Will grabs? I played nicely and I'm waiting until March for the full version.

marekdob - Are Japanese voices, and even if it is Japanese culture in the shell game (the story - you know)?

Our goal is to become Shogun - to accomplish this, we have to challenge the Ashikaga clan (niegrywalnym from what I read.) Challenging could mean a civil war between the two blocs clans - so it looks like the backdrop for our game. It seems pretty ... Japanese. I'm writing it because I will not pretend that I am a connoisseur of the period - despite everything I know him quite casually, and therefore the complex question of another user, okulele99, do not answer because I do not know enough. Nevertheless, for the layman Shogun 2 seems to be Japanese. Nay, for me already, this trailer was:

As for voting, communications to the player are in English with Japanese accent, speech before the battles are in Japanese.

Cubesan - Is the music is just as delicious as the previous Shogunie?

Special attention to the music did not pay, but I've heard a couple of tracks from the first Shogun, which I personally do not mind, because the yo ho ho is a cult:

mro00 - Is the game interesting / entertaining / or nienudząca for veterans who support the series sincethe first Shogun?

I support the first Shogun, and yet I did not feel particularly tired series, and even more the second Shogun

And that's pretty much the message. It remains to wait until March for the full version. May was successful.
