Hallo!Wir haben heute viel vor uns, da wir den Großteil des neuen, kostenlosen Updates "Polen" 1.27 vorstellen werden.

Wie der Name andeutet gibt es viel neuen Inhalt zu Polen und die Erweiterung konzentriert auch hauptsächlich auf Polen selbst.
Neue Karte und Missionen Polens (Öffnen)

Wir geben der Karte ein neues Gesicht nicht nur um die polnisch-litauischen-masoviwischen Grenzen von 1444 widerzuspiegeln, sondern auch die späteren Teilungen. Hier können wir eine Vielzahl von neuen Provinzen sehen, inklusive Chelm das sich leicht nach Litauen ausdehnt.

Der polnische Missionspfad wurde auch erweitert. Dieser Pfad wird euch helfen das Jagiellonenreich wiederherzustellen über Personalunionen, die Niederlage von Varna zu rächen an und natürlich Invest in East Poland (Memes auf Deutsch sind eklig, Anmerkung Khamûls). Der Missionspfad erweitert sich, wenn ihr Polen-Litauen gründet.

Eine neue Ereignisskette - Die preußische Konföderation - bringt den Deutschen Orden in eine prekäre Lage im Jahre 1444. Falls die Ritter nicht in der Lage sind, schnell mit diesen unbeherrschbaren Bürgern fertig zu werden, wird Polen vielleicht seine Gelegenheit ergreifen die alte Ordnung wiederherzustellen.

Hier sehen wir die neue Provinzverteilung Litauens. Seine früheren übergroßen Provinzen haben wir in kleinere aufgeteilt und eine neues Fort in Lubnie erleichtert es Ruthenien gegen russische Aggressionen zu verteidigen.

Litaunes neuer, erweiterter Missionspfad konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung Rutheniens und kann auch zu einer PU über Polen und Moskau führen.

Wir haben auch ein paar neue nationale Ideen für kleinere Länder in der Region hinzugefügt, wie man hier unten sehen kann.

Die rumänischen Staaten Wallachei und Moldawien haben beide eine erhöhte Anzahl von Startprovinzen von ehemals 3 auf nun 5.

Der neue rumänische Missionspfad führt den Spieler dazu eine Koalition gegen die Osmanen zu gründen und sie vom Balkan zu vertreiben; sie können sogar den Sultan höchstpersönlich pfählen lassen.

Da wir gerade vom Pfählen sprechen, Vlad der Pfähler wird sehr wahrscheinlich nach dem Tod seines Vaters in Erscheinung treten um Tod und Verderben über jene zu bringen, die sich ihm in den Weg stellen.

Wir haben natürlich nicht vergessen etwas Spielgefühl (Flavour Anmerkung Khamûls) für Moldawien hinzuzufügen; Moldawien ist nun eine unabhängige Nation mit einer Garantie Polens. Im frühen Spiel wird eine Ereigniskette Fürst Roman, im polnischen Exil, dazu bringen, nach dem Thron zu greifen. Dies entscheidet das Schicksal Moldawiens als Mark Polens, Ungarns oder als unabhängiges Land.

Missionen der Krimatataren (Öffnen)

Die tatarischen Horden wurden massiv erweitert. Sie sind nicht mehr länger darauf beschränkt gegen Russland und Ruthenien vorzustoßen, die tatarischen Missionen führen den Spieler auf einen blutigen Eroberungspfad durch das vorherige Mongolenreich.

Das mongolische Reich ist ein neuer zu gründender Tag. Ihr werdet einen Großteil des Reichs von Dschingis Khan erobern müssen, davor Yuan, die goldene Horde oder das Ilkhanat gründen. Sollte euch diese Herkulesaufgabe gelingen, werdet ihr belohnt mit der neuen großmongolischen Regierungsreform (oder Regierungsform, für alle jene die Dharma nicht besitzen). Der großmongolische Staat funktioniert wie eine Steppenhorde, aber mit deutlich weniger Nachteilen, aber sein größter Vorteil wird es sein, Banner zu rekrutieren aus Provinzen seiner Primärkultur zu rekrutieren, ganz wie es die Mandschuren tun.

* Die Fähigkeit Banner auszuheben hängt mit dem Besitz von Mandate of Heaven zusammen, sonst wird es mit einem Disziplinbonus vergolten.

Und zu guter letzt wird ein Batzen neuer Reformen für Dharma-Besitzer verfügbar sein.

Die venezianische Regierung (auch für jene verfügbar, die nicht Dharma erworben haben)ist eine spezielle Art der Kaufmannsrepublik mit einer besonderen art der Wahl: Lotterie. In Regierungen mit Lotteriewahlsystem, Korruption wird verringert, Herrscher regieren bis zum Tode und sie grundsätzlich deutlich älter und habe gewichtete Zufallswerte. Wahlen finden nur statt, wenn der Herrscher stirbt. Bei einer Wahl werden euch drei Kandidaten mit unterschiedlichen Werten zur Auswahl gestellt, einen direkt zu wählen, verringert die republikanische Tradition. Ihr könnt auch die Lotterie entscheiden lassen und einer der Kandidaten wird per Zufall gewählt. Dies geschieht ohne Verlust republikanischer Tradition.

Für alle von euch die nicht als Venedig spielen, die neue Sortition Regierungsreform wird es jeder Republik ermöglichen eine Lotteriewahl einzuführen.

Ziemlich spät haben wir fesgestellt, dass es bereits eine Reform namens Sortition gibt und haben sie durch zwei neue Reformen für Republiken auf Stufe 9 ersetzt.

Ernennung durch ein Komitee reduziert die Kosten der Berater und ermöglicht einen +1 mögliche Berater.

bürokratischer Apparat reduziert die Mindestautonomie in Territorien.

Zu guter letzt haben wir noch zwei neue Regierungsreformen hinzugefügt, verfügbar für alle Nationen mit Rajaput und Marathas als Stände:

Dauerhafter Maratha-Rat: Gibt 5% Disziplin und verändert den Rekrutierungsberater stattdessen Generäle mit +1 Nahkampf antreten zu lassen. Diese Reform einzuführen stärkt die Loyalität und den Einfluss der Marathas, während beim Adel das Gegenteil passiert.

Staatliches Purbia-Register gibt +5% Moralerholungsgeschwindkeit und verändert die rekrutiert Purbias Interaktion um euren Rajaputregimentern beides zu geben, mehr Fernkampfschaden und mehr Disziplin. Diese Reform wird die Rajaputs loyaler und einflussreicher machen, während mit dem Adel das Gegenteil geschieht. Rajaputregimenter selber wurde neu gebalanced -25% Drillverlust, -50% Verstärkungskosten und 5% Moral als Basis.

Anmerkung Khamûl: Der Patch kommt morgen am 1.10. und wird in einem weiteren Entwicklertagebuch behandelt, welches ich im Laufe des Tages übersetzen werde.

Guten Tag allerseits. Heute kommt unser zweites und letztes Entwicklertagebuch zum kommenden Polen-Update. Warte, das letzte, jetzt schon?

Ja wir werden das Polen-Update am Montag den 1. Oktober veröffentlichen. Das ist wie manche vielleicht merken werden, sehr kurz nach dem Dharma-Update. Der Grund dafür ist, neben den üblichen Bugfixes und Verbesserungen dien post-Realease Patch mit sich bringt, dass unser Polen-Update EU IV an unsere aktuelle Datenschutzverordnung anpasst. Das ist unser Datum von dem an wir sicherstellen, dass all unsere Spiele den neuen EU-Gesetzen angepasst sind. Anstatt sich mit Details rumzuschlagen über das was und wie der GDPR unserer Spiele, ermutige ich euch stattdessen diesen Link zu öffnen.

Kurz gesagt bedeutet das, ist das Polen-Update erst einmal draußen, verlangen wir von euch unsere Datenschutzrichtlinien zu lesen und zu akzeptieren, welche euch angezeigt wird, wenn ihr das Spiel das erste Mal nach dem Update startet. Ein wahrhaft schmerzloser Vorgang.

Die Dinge werden hier kompliziert für alle die lieber unsere alten Versionen spielen. Falls ihr zum Beispiel zu denen gehört die lieber eine ältere Version spielen, irgendwas zwischen 1.4 bis 1.26, werdet ihr ein böses Erwachen haben, da das Spiel sich über Steam nicht mehr auf eine solche Version einstellen lassen wird. Unglücklicherweise können wir diese Version nicht legal zugänglich machen da sie keine GDPR Konformität haben, da sie keine Möglichkeit bieten euch unserer Datenschutzrichtlinien zustimmen zu lassen.

Dennoch haben wir eine Lösung für all jene die weiter unsere älteren Versionen spielen wollen. Wir haben eine Internetseite bereitgestellt, wo man sich mit seinem Plaza-Konto anmelden kann, den Datenschutzrichtlinien von uns zustimmen kann und Codes für die alten Versionen erhalten kann. Fügt diese bei Steam hinzu und ihr könnt nach wie vor mit dem Inhalt eures Herzen spielen. Mehr Informationen gibt es wieder hier.

Jetzt da die Freuden des GDPR vorbei sind, lass uns wieder einen Blick auf das Polen-Update werfen.

@neondt was nett genug letzte Wochen den Batzen an Veränderungen mir dem Polen-Update zusammenzufassen: Kartenveränderung, neue Ideen, Missionen, Ereignisse, Regierungsreformen , sogar ein gewaltiges mongolisches Großreich. Ich bin gerade so in der Position so ein Entwicklertagebuch selbst zu verfassen. Last uns ein paar besondere Balance Veränderungen beobachten und genießt die Patch-Notes

Konvertierungen

Erstens, die Entfernung der Konvertierung von Territorialprovinzen war eine umstrittene. Es ist gewiss unser Ziel, dass religiöse Bekehrungen, nicht so einfach und ohne Herausforderungen zustande kommen. Dennoch, dennoch ein zentraler Aspekt der Rückmeldungen welche mich tatsächlich erreicht haben war das Leute welche religiös motivierte Nationen,mit dem Ziel Ketzerei zu bekämpfen, nicht in der Lage sind, die eine Sache zu tun, für die sie da sind. Um dem Einhalt zu gebieten gibt es zwei bestimmte Veränderungen mit 1.27

Mit der Freischaltung aller religiösen Ideen kann man Territorien missionieren.
Territorien habe -2% Missionarsstärke.
Wir haben noch andere kleiner Änderungen für Bekehrungen im Hinterkopf, aber denen widmen wir uns wann anders.

Institutionen

Seit Institutionen eingeführt wurden, war die Lage der technologischen Entwicklung in der Welt wesentlich einheitlicher. Es gibt keinen Verbreitungsbonus mehr durch Marktplatz, Handelsdepot, Börse, weil ihr schon sowieso viel Handelsmacht haben werdet, erhöht durch diese Gebäude.

Anmerkung Khamûl: Die Veränderungen der Institutionen sind meiner Meinung nach der richtige Ansatz, aber wenn die letzten drei Institutionen in Asien oder gar Amerika erscheinen, dann sind die Europäer ja erst Recht die Gelackmeierten.
